Return & Refund Policy

At 1UpSupply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must include all original tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
